Haha! That’s awesome! Hey, no gas and plenty of exercise, sounds Eco-Friendly to me. :) Who would have thought the Flintstones could have been green pioneers?

HAHAHA!!! LOVE IT!!! Second the thought on the Flinstones being so green, though with all of their use of animals for power I think they probably be REALLY pissin’ off PETA, don’t you think? :P

Haha, I know, right! I always felt so bad for all those animals when I was a kid. They were always so sad, especially the garbage disposal. :( lol

Between our dogs, our chickens, and our compost pile we hardly ever have to use the disposal anymore.
Though, as far as the Flinstones go, I think I would feel most sorry for the “shower elephant” who got to wash off a stinky (long days at the quarry in the hot sun on top of big ole dinosaurs) old Fred Flintstone off!! :P

Haha! Yeah, that poor elephant. :( I would like to know how they got those animals to do all their dirty work in the first place! :P hehe

HAHA. That’s pretty funny. The Flintstones car is definitely one of the most environmentally friendly cars I can think of and as Sam said, it gives you good exercises. If you were going to go extreme like the Flintstones, you might as well get a bicycle.

Haha, that’s very true. A bike would probably make more sense to ride, unless you like pulling your spouse, child, and a ton of cement. :P

We were talking about this in my green group recently. One of my “pet-peeves” is the fact that using bicycles relegates you, for the most-practical and realistic parts, una persona. Ok, so I could go to the grocery store on a bike, but I am a stay-at-home mama with TWO kids. Errands get run during the day when those kids are here. Yes, I’ve seen those pull-behind buggies, but if you are really considering safety here: pull behind buggy + 2 little boys (ages 4 1/2 & 2) + groceries + cycling along a busy road + weather permitting = you have to be kidding me!!!
