I have a few favorite poses: plank, downward dog, and triangle. I like them because they make me feel strong, but still don’t exhaust me. :)

Just have to share this one, especially since Sadie is pregnant. One of my favorite places to do yoga is in a pool. I love being free to float and twist and stretch. When you’re pregnant it is even better!! You can safely do stretches and be weightless (something pregnant women hardly EVER get to feel!!) allowing you to move in ways you can’t when your feet are firmly planted on the ground.
