d.i.y.friday ~ Make Fat Bombs 


I make fat bombs weekly for me & the kids by whipping together cream cheese, grass-fed butter, honey & cinnamon – mmm, so good.

After it’s whipped, I plop them on a tray with a mini ice cream scooper & freeze them.

Delicious fat-fueled energy 🙂
