    1. Green smoothies are a great idea! We actually haven’t juiced for a while… sometimes we have $$ weeks when it’s more important to eat the carrots than to juice them, as some is wasted. Although I was considering throwing some steamed carrots into our next smoothie & see how that goes 🙂

      Someday though – I WILL have my Vitamix, who I guess, will be able to grind up the entire carrot into juice, wasting nothing and delivering all that yummy fiber.
