Healthy Snack: Raisin Delights



I discovered a quick & easy snack to make in your food processor –

1 cup raisins
3/4 cup pecans or walnuts
1/4 cup carob powder
1/2 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Process! Roll into balls & coconut if you wish. Seriously, I think these are fantastic.

Many ways to reinvent too ~ use dates or figs or apricots. Use any nut or seed… Wow, thinking we found a winner folks!
