This morning I made a quick video how to strain the grains – to give my friends a view into the setup I use. Apologies in advance for the quality of the video – SORRY NOT SORRY lol whoops!!
And that’s it! You can use it directly in a smoothie now or put a lid on it and store in the fridge. OR – do a second ferment with some flavorings! My favorite flavor combo is cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and 4 drops of liquid stevia. Add all that and let it set on the counter for 8 hours before refrigerating. Enjoy!!
