Recipe: Mmmm, Crackers


Healthy cracker toppings:

Number one Greek yogurt slice of cucumber smoked salmon and sprinkle of fresh dill

Number two cream cheese mixed with fresh minced rosemary thyme or mint. top with half the cherry tomato

Number three goat cheese a few sprigs of watercress or baby arugula and 1 tablespoon diced pear

Number 4 teaspoon of smashed black beans top on teaspoon of salsa 1/2 teaspoons of shredded Monterey Jack cheese and chopped cilantro

Number 5 teaspoon mayo mixed with a pinch of curry powder And topped with a hard-boiled egg slice and chopped celery

Number six low-fat ricotta cheese topped with 1 teaspoon of jarred olive tapenade and snipped basil leaves

Number seven hominis topped with grated carrots & sliced sugar snap peas

Number eight mashed avocado topped with 1 teaspoon of diced mango and a sprinkling of slivered scallions
