Recipe: Peachy Nut Oatmeal

If you find happiness just smelling the oatmeal ~ you know you did well.

Directions: Fill a pot with desired amount of oats, cover with water and place on medium heat to simmer, then put on low for remainder of cooking time.

Add a good shake or two of cinnamon, a little sprinkle of ground ginger root, a packet of stevia sweetner & a little milk for creaminess.

When cooked to your liking, spoon into a vessel and top with fresh peaches, slivered almonds and a drizzle of maple syrup.
