You can make an easy drink that the whole family can chug, without too much sugar guilt.
Here’s what to do:
~ Spilt one container of juice into thirds.
~ Add a dropper full of liquid stevia, or powder could work too.
~ Fill with water until container is almost full.
~ Put the lid on, give her a shake & drink.
You can control the sweetness by the amount of stevia & water you add. Making your own reduced sugar drink also saves some cash by turning one bottle of juice into 3.
