– Asian Ginseng: 75 to 150 mg 2X day it’s an adaptogen, toning, and strengthening

– Schisandra: 400 to 600 mg 3 to 4 times a day it is an adaptogen, good for athletic performance, flashes bloodstream, helps process blood sugar. Reduce dosage when out of stress crisis.

– Ashwaganda: take one 400 to 600 mg capsule 3 to 4 times a day. It’s an adaptogen, helps return you back to normal. reduce dosage once out of stress crisis

– Turmeric: 400 to 600 mg 3X day great antioxidant

– Oats or Passion flowers: drink a cup before bedtime, oats have antidepressant properties and restore the nerve endings that frayed in the body and brain, passionflower also restores central nervous system

– Aromatherapy oil burn out blend:
Five drops geranium oil
Five drops bay Laurel oil
10 drops lavender
Combine oils in a bottle, shake, use a few drops on a tissue or cotton ball and inhale, use for only two weeks.

– antibiotics do work but weaken the immune system. Antibiotics do not strengthen lung tissue and they won’t protect you from future attacks

– Echinacea: 500 mg 4X day or drink 4 to 5 cups of tea a day, it will stimulate white blood cells

– Garlic: Press and mash the garlic and add it to a greasy salve or petroleum jelly, which you then spread on the bottom of your feet, and cover with plastic bags, A pair of wet socks and then dry socks

– Usnea: use a tincture 3x a day between meals. Called “old man’s beard” it has a lot of acids that are especially active against the type of bacteria that can cause bronchitis

– Herbal tonic tea for the Lungs: drink 1 to 2 cups a day for six weeks after bronchitis. To make: mix equal parts of the following herbs and then use 1 ounce and 1 pint of water simmer for 10 minutes

Plantain leaf – Lung tonic
Horsetail – connective tissue regenerator
Ground ivy leaf – lung tonic
Gotu Kola leaf or root – connective tissue regenerator
Licorice root – lung tonic, immune booster, and expectorant

– Aromatherapy Tea Tree oil: put on blemish

– Witch hazel: a good astringent, apply 2X day

– Sage leaves: put five fresh leaves into 4 ounces of witch hazel and let it sit for a week. Sage oil contains thujone, a strong antiseptic

– Aromatherapy lavender oil: apply directly to help heal blemish scars

– Drink a hormone balancing Herbal Tea of Chaste Berry and Calendula. Drink 1 to 2 cups a day from ovulation to menstrual period. Don’t drink more than that or else you could worsen the condition.

Also, address your diet and try eliminating sugar and grains while upping your intake of probiotics, such as yogurt and kefir.

Use the yogurt or kefir as a facial cleanser or mask.

Drink Dandelion tea to detox liver, which in turn, will help your skin to heal.

– Willow and Meadow Sweet tincture: 10 drops 4X day or rub on

– Drink Guaiacum decoction: stimulates blood flow to infected area, reabsorbing dead and damaged cells. 1 teaspoon of woodchips simmered in one cup of water for 15 to 20 minutes.

– Cramp bark: to relax over contracted muscles. 5 mL of a 1:5 tincture 3X day. Make cream to rub on.

– Aromatherapy Oils to use in a bath: Lavender Peppermint Rosemary Bergamot

– Herbal Bath Recipe to stimulate sluggish circulation, relax stiff joints, ease muscle pain. Simmer the following on the stove for 20 minutes and then strain, and add to a warm bath: 1 pint water, one sliced lemon, peel of one orange, a cinnamon stick, 1 inch ginger root sliced, five whole cloves.
