Watermelon Sun & Warm Bisquits

…and broccoli soup too ~ can’t forget that!

Recipe for Drop Bisquits with Oil

2 cups flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk or water
1/4 cup oil

Mix it all up. Add extras if you like – grated cheese or herbs. Form into patty shapes on baking tray, pat down so they’re all the same height – or not, you can leave them peaky if you wanna ūüôā

Then bake at 425 for 20 minutes.

Slather with butter or jam.
