I am wanting to climb back on the wagon, any wagon really will do, just something to replenish the misplacement of my normal routine that’s been absent so far in 2011.  Now that I have returned to wellness, I think I’m ready to stick with more daily commitments – cooking, cleaning, vitamin taking, being a homeschool beacon – and work in some weekly milestones – blogging, crafting, showering…  omg, I may even start exercising.

I want these things because now that I’m up from the low, these simple things seem grand.  The appreciation of just being able to DO and feel good being in this body is ultimately important to me.  And I’m learning the best way to stay physically happy is to keep my mind positive and allow my heart to stay in…
